Very good company
If your motorcycle (R1250GS, 10 months old) says "Drive carefully to the nearest specialist workshop" while on vacation and the workshop foreman on the phone says: "Come tomorrow, I'll go home in a minute and have something else to do." not the service that one expects from BMW and is otherwise known.
I'd rather go to another workshop.
