While she claims her English is not so good, Wiolette was warm friendly and clearly explained the entire process to me. As a foreigner from the US, I've felt a bit lost living in Europe. She made great conversation, answered many of my general femanine hygiene questions, and pointed me where to buy the items I needed (apotheke vs Drogerie). I'm happy with the result and experience. Thanks!
