I had micro-needling treatment in this studio today. The beautician was very friendly and tried hard. However, their lack of knowledge of German was a major problem. It was very difficult for me to respond to my questions and I had the feeling that she was asking standard questions by heart and did not really understand my answers and only answered with "yes" and "good". The beautician worked cleanly and carefully. During the treatment, however, the micro-needling pen failed three times - there was probably a power problem. She also unplugged and plugged in a power cable once. I am not sure if the pen worked properly. From time to time I had the feeling that it gets stuck when I slide it over my skin. The procedure with the pen seemed a bit arbitrary, which doesn't have to be bad, but I know it differently from my dermatologist, who works very structured by dividing the different facial zones and processing them horizontally, vertically, diagonally and selectively. Here I had the feeling that there was a lot of confusion. After the treatment, my face was reddened like never before after a micro needling treatment, which is not that bad, but I also bled in some places. The beautician tried very hard and dabbed my skin with a little wash and disinfectant until the bleeding stopped. Overall, I found that rather worrying. What was definitely missing was a final face mask to soothe the skin, with aloe vera for example. After the micro needling, the skin was creamed, but I don't know what (hopefully sunscreen). The studio is ok furnished - you can't say much, everything fits in with the decor. I went to this studio because my dermatologist is on vacation and because the prices have lured me. I will not come back a second time.
