Really unfriendly service. Wanted to buy a coach and were reprimanded that we sat on an exhibit. Because of the wear and tear. When asked about the brand of the sofa, this was deliberately not disclosed. Because you can only order through the store and are obviously worried that you might find the same coach elsewhere. It gave us the impression that we as a customer were probably not adequate enough and undesirable. I have never seen such behavior in a high-quality furniture store. Then to the delight of the competition.
