top location. Very clean hotel, the receptionist was very nice and gentle. The swimming pool is not big but is very beautiful, nice and very clean. Cozy rooms, great cleanliness, tasty food at reasonable prices. A great hotel. Just go to the Kitzbüheler Horn.
Nice locatin, with quick access to nearby ski areas. Helpfull staff. Great for families with kids - ski school is just behind the hotel. Good food, don't expect to loose weight during your stay.

Best operator I have ever met! Just human! Now a lift has been created for transportation by mountain bike up the "mountain", and there are slopes down there, and that is 2 minutes' walk away! Absolutely cool !!
