Excellent hotel. Very clean with exceptionally nice staff throughout and good food but the mattresses in my room needed to be replaced. The hotel and rooms are laid out well with plenty of space everywhere. The spa and pool are excellent amenities too. I would definitely recommend Hotel Elisabeth and can see myself coming back.

Very good service and very nice spa. Our package included an amazing romantic 7 course meal. Our package also included a free upgrade to a suite of one was available and there was. The only thing that left more to be desired was the buffet at the restaurant. It was not bad but it was not very good either.

Absolutely incredible! One of our best hotel experiences in Europe. The room was spacious with very comfortable beds and oversized bathroom. The food was 5 star dining - fresh, tasty and a large variety. The staff was wonderful, very hard working, friendly and went beyond to make our week special (thank you Alex, George, Gina, Andras, Tomi). The spa/sauna was super relaxing with many options available. The hotel is very clean with easy access to the mountain (bus stop right outside the front door). Thank you Hotel Elisabeth!
