Employee (rather younger lady) this morning something of unfriendly and unmotivated .. Had no interest in serving us. When she served us, we didn't get any butter for breakfast and had to ask three times. We got the coffee in the normal cup, but we couldn't get a second coffee because it was the cup without a yellow border (common at Ruetz when you order a baker's breakfast or something more expensive.) It's good that I packed the bill and could show this ..
