Today I had an appointment with Sabina, a really first-class hairdresser, and she was competent, very friendly and well served! The ambience in the House of Beauty is very pleasant, as the team is well coordinated! The boss is extremely personable and has expanded the range of "only nail salons" with offers in the areas of cosmetics, eyelashes, body treatments and a hairdresser! There are also vouchers and an app! Highly recommended!

Had an appointment to dye my hair yesterday at the Beauty House and really can't complain. The atmosphere was very pleasant, the staff were beaming, friendly and very helpful, and everything went very professionally! I was very excited about the end result! I can only recommend the House of Beauty! Thank you dear Sabina !!

I went to the House of Beauty for the first time yesterday! Ambience is great, staff very friendly. Foot care and pedicures were very pleasant! It was worked thoroughly and cleanly. I was asked if I wanted gel polish, I answered yes - without knowing that I would have to pay an additional 19 € (!!!) for it. So then I only had to pay a total of 70 € for foot care, which would somehow justify neither quality nor performance !! After that I had a manicure! I had gel nails beforehand and told them when I made an appointment! I was asked if I would file off the gel myself beforehand, if this should be taken over. We agreed that the gel nails should be filed there and more time was planned for this. When I was there, they said that the gel nails could not be filed down as this would take too much time. I should rather go back to my former nail designer and have her removed there! I refused, as this was explicitly discussed in advance. In the end, the gel was then filed down. A nail was torn beforehand, first an attempt was made to remove the gel, which did not work. Then it was decided to pinch it off, too much was nipped off (way too deep, way too much from the nail). It hurt a lot and immediately started bleeding. I didn't get an apology, just the statement: "That didn't hurt, did it ...?" after that my nails were almost completely trimmed (- which I didn't want)! I was asked if I was satisfied, looked at my nails and found that they were being filed very irregularly. The answer was: "Oh yes, I wouldn't have seen that now ...!" The end result is ok, nails look well-groomed, but absolutely nothing special! I find value for money incredibly expensive, I'm not satisfied! Will not go again.
