Very bad and chaos, nothing special
Surely it can't be that you can't even expect a bus to arrive punctually +/- 2 minutes, or even come at some point? There are people who have to go to work or school on time and cannot drive an hour earlier or even better later ... Then also stupidly pissed off that you have forged your VVT student ticket and should show your ID immediately, just because you ask twice what the good gentleman asked you, as it can often be loud on the bus.
