Super unfrendlich
Beautiful
The website does not clearly state when the actual opening times are. I informed the lady at the counter and she agreed to forward it, but nothing was changed. When I was there, 13 people showed up half an hour before the opening because they had looked at the website and the information there had also misled them.
There are 5 stars for the good organization and the nice lady at the reception on the 1st floor.
1 star for the unfriendly and unmotivated treatment of reporting issues by the colleague. Service orientation looks different. New citizens can also be welcomed more warmly. Incomprehensible.
Very well at the moment almost everything is locked. Is also good so caution must be. I like to go there.
