We ordered a Siematic kitchen with Miele appliances from Joe's furniture boutique for a new building. Everything was done to our complete satisfaction. Our architects and we were particularly pleased with the clean workmanship. And the kitchen was the only product that was handed over clean and cleaned ;-) I can not say anything about the service / warranty because everything works great. The Miele appliances would not have been cheaper to buy through various online shops.

Joe and his son and all the staff are very accommodating and have really good quality. They try to fulfill every furniture desire.

A family business where a satisfied customer is more important than a quick profit. Here one is still properly advised and service capitalized. When you get into business you immediately notice the high-quality solid wood furniture of well-known manufacturers. Of course, it is also clear that the price is moving at a different level than the furniture discount. However, one or the other estate is always granted anyway. The counseling sessions were always insanely nice and for us it was almost like sitting with friends in the living room. The handling of the purchase to the delivery was to our complete satisfaction. The delivery dates were always announced and were also reliably adhered to. In our case the furniture was delivered by the shipping company Fischer. The fact that they specialize in furniture transports (removals, art transports, ...) you noticed immediately: The goods were well packed and also the furniture packers were very safe and practiced in dealing with bulky furniture. In addition, one always had the feeling that the property of others is treated respectfully. After the setup, we unfortunately noticed that a glass plate was damaged. Since it turned out that the defect had already occurred at the manufacturer, the damaged part was exchanged without further ado and uncomplicated. All in all, we have only positive experiences with Joe's furniture boutique and we will certainly remain as loyal customers.
