The slightly different furniture store, everything very high quality and therefore a little higher priced.

Very friendly when shopping, goods were taken from us so that we don't have to walk around with full hands. BUT, we treated ourselves to RIEDEL glasses. At home we noticed that one thing was missing. The next day out, described our problem. Without a word, the lady went to the office where it was discussed whether that was the truth or whether one broke. Or so it appeared to be. The lady came back, without a word, took a glass from the set up and put it in the box. Thank you, goodbye .... Not exactly very competent, especially since with such glasses it should generally be the job of the saleswoman to check whether they are all whole or in the box. It's a shame that there are always some among the otherwise so friendly employees.

Competent advice and several friendly employees who even offer you to hold on to shopping until the checkout process so that you don't have to carry around so much. WMF cutlery set for € 80 ?? Gladly again!!
