Some time ago, the bottom of our stainless steel pan, which was about four or five years old, came off and was easily replaced; In addition, various WMF kitchen appliances still lacked parts, some of which were completely replaced and also sent free of charge. 5 stars +

Unfortunately, my experience with WMF Austria is negative. A pan bought from me in the previous year with non-stick coating has lost its coating despite normal use. From the company I was only informed that I had overheated the pan, and thus a guarantee would not exist. It is very easy for a company to blame the customer for any damage incurred. My questions why and why were completely ignored; that I only use a ceramic hob and can not imagine overheating, was not noted. According to the expert opinion, I overheated the pan, and you can see no reason to pay damages! Although the company grants warranty grossly but apparently only until damage occurs
