Wouldn't even give a star, no greeting, saleswoman stood behind the counter with the cell phone in hand and completely ignored me. I asked for help and Ma let herself down to speak to me, but is still with the cell phone in hand and a STRICTLY GENERATED TONE!
Too bad, I bought two chains and a watch from Goldwelt and Famous.
Was very disappointed! Was wrong advice and deceived in quality. I bought a necklace that fell apart after only a week without any external influences, although I was promised that the real silver should lift something.
The band of my pulsar watch is broken.
Luckily I went to the small shop in Dez-Einkaufszentrum and that was no mistake.
I explained my problem briefly to the friendly lady. She has not neglected the existing clientele with the request to come again if I still had something to do.
"Together" we exchanged the volume of my watch during a nice 30 minute conversation about God and the world.
Can I only recommend, great service, quiet nature of the staff on the customer, you can take a wait in purchase.
I recommend in any case.
