Helped very friendly. Swatch has a very good warranty, if you bought a watch in Austria, you can simply go to a Dutch branch for a warranty. Even if the battery runs out too soon! We have provided our boy with a new watch, and they are completely up to date. We also had an older flickflak watch with a broken pin and the store employee helped us with a replacement.
