Never again graves
It took 1 week for the blank to arrive. Then again for almost 1 week until the key was ready, only it didn't work, so I went there a third time. The key was re-fretted and did not go AGAIN, so I went there a fourth time, then he promised to send me a fitter, but he didn't come, 1 week later I called and asked what was going on and then finally the fitter came over 2 hours tinkered with my safe, removed the safe insulation and re-sharpened the key.
Now after 1 month I finally have my spare key.
Now comes the upper cheek, the Graber wanted to charge me 1 hour of work for mending his own mistakes, of course I refused.
I was told that I shouldn't come to them in the future, which I wouldn't have done anyway.
I advise everyone to hire one of the other locksmiths, because the Graber company seems to be a bit overwhelmed with the production of replacement keys.
The construction of the locking system as well as later reordering of keys and cylinders always worked perfectly.
