Nobody answers the phone. They don't use e-mails. To fill in the contact form you've got buy a landline phone and provide the number.
Super stupid people, rude and not helpful at all. I can't believe that we are paying the salary of this people.
Don't even try to go there if you don't know german at all. I did that and it was a terrifying experience, the staff being totally indiferent and rude with you, stating several times that we're in Austria and you must know german.
For all those who currently need something from the tax authorities or the Federal Finance Court, the following information on how to contact them, which are "posted" on the entrance door at Innrain and "snapped off" on January 15, 2021 ... maybe it will help someone.
Update: Processing by e-mail and phone super quickly and smoothly. It could stay that way forever!
