Hi there!
I am referring specifically to two specific employees at the embassy who I do not know by name. But you will feel addressed when you take notice of my review here.
Today I was at the Afghan embassy with my request and experienced a very unpleasant atmosphere. The responsible employees were totally rude, intolerant and narrow-minded towards the visitors. Such derogatory, inappropriate behavior would not have expected from the staff of such an important agency. You can understand that they are under stress and pressure because of the large number of visitors. But they must not take this burden out on the client / visitor.
