Home cooking on the fly, the portions are not too big, very fine and convenient. I take the dishes out of the freezer in the morning and warm them in the microwave at 900 watts for 2:30 minutes at noon, that's perfect!
Just the smell of the microwave, it smells like food !! - and not, as with meals on wheels from the ISD, that you have to clean the microwave with vinegar after warming up to get rid of the stench
