Also had negative experience with this company (Macheiner). There was an incident that I don't want to go into any further. Since the amount is still relatively low, I'll just let it go and won't enforce my rights.
In any case, this company is ZERO CUSTOMER ORIENTED!
Very helpful owner, nice interior, tram and bus stop right next to the house, opposite the gas station with groceries.
This company is perfect, from the first call to the assembly of everything paletti. 3 days before Christmas last year, my heater came on. A phone call came and Mr. Macheiner made an offer and managed to have a heater again 1 day before Christmas, unfortunately it failed to start up. And again the men put everything into effect that this started. I'm more than thrilled, this year the hot water tank had to be replaced, the same again. One call, Mr. Macheiner looked at everything, assembly 1 week later, great. And the construction site is left tidy. The next project is coming up, only for me, only the Lugar company comes into question. Oh, I forgot something, the fitters and the apprentices were always friendly, competent, just great.
The gentleman who is responsible for air conditioning (managing director Mr. Macheiner) simply has no interest in selling anything! I called 3 times !!! He always said he would send me an offer, nothing ever came! A month has now passed! Should I wait until the summer is over?
Today I called the competition and I got an appointment for tomorrow, that's how it should work.
Professional and competent looks different!

After being transferred twice by another company and never called back for a new appointment as promised, I turned to the Lugar company and the next day they came and did the necessary spa maintenance! Thumbs up, I can only recommend it!
