We love Motel A Miio! Ordered because of Corona but everything arrived within 2 weeks and the cups are as beautiful as we remembered them. We even got a replacement for a little damaged espresso cup ❤️

Have already ordered twice and was VERY satisfied, fast delivery and everything arrived safely. Now Motel a miio had an offer over the weekend that saves the shipping costs, unfortunately there were technical problems so that you could not redeem the newsletter discount code (20%), on request the customer service said that you are sorry and they the Fixed a bug (free shipping promotion is now over). When asked whether the promotion could be extended or at least sent a code to the affected, the customer service only said that you are sorry, they understand my anger, but that this is not possible and the next promotion will definitely come soon. Yes thanks for nothing. The shipping costs to Austria amount to an impressive 12 € - I wouldn't even have had that inside with the 20%. So now I have had nothing of it because of their "fault" and they are not interested in a solution either. Due to the current lockdown, I only have to order. So: products are great, but customer service is really bad. Don't know if I'll order again.

You can always find something at miio ... you always need a nice bowl, you can never have enough of it
