February: We exchanged a bracelet for a watch. The lady was very friendly, dignified and nice. December: When I bought the bracelet (Christmas present), however, another lady was in the shop. I asked her; whether the stones are well fixed and whether the stones are not "lost" anyway. She replied promptly: "You can also lose the whole bracelet ....." hahaha I think she should become a cabaret artist instead of working in an Austrian family business with customer contacts .....
