It is difficult to find a great hairdresser especially when you are not living in the city. This is the second time in one week that I cut my hair but of course I went to different hair dressers. First cut > It seems that my hair got only trimmed and no really shape was done; therefore, my hair had like a curtain look (kind of squary). >>>> Second cut, I found BERTRAM hairdresser on the internet. This was an amazing experience. Nataliya cut my hair wonderful. I have many layers, a great shape and my curls are back. Thank you very much! Thanks for the professional consultation!

I went there yesterday... total disappointment and disaster... Ordered balayage and got as a result pinkish not accurately done coloring. When I saw myself in the mirror - i was ready to cry! They realized that it is awful and suggested to fix it with washing out the color and using toner (result was better but of course just better to be able to go outside, no single sign of balayage and hair is unrecoverably damaged). In the end - the whole visit took 5 and a half hours, cost was about 200 euro, hair is damaged, result is temporary and disappointing, head is hearting. I will never go there again.
