Not always friendly, they keep me waiting half an hour every time I have an appointment. I was not impressed with the haircuts either.

Friendly staff welcomes you to this place. Reservations are recommended, though you can be lucky simply walking in. Either way, reservations are easy, also available via homepage, and are confirmed via text message or email. A variety of music is played, commonly lounge music, with decent volume. Quality hairstyling products can be bought there as well. My place to go to for over 5 years now.
