Hospitality upon entrance was lovely, and the 25 EUR men's cut was decent. However, the hairdresser did not speak any English (or did not try at least), which made it difficult to communicate. Luckily, there were other colleagues who came in to help, but the cut (including hair wash) took less than 20 mins and felt rushed. Furthermore, I was particularly disappointed by the hairdresser's inability to wear face mask properly (it covered his mouth only), and given the fact that I had to hold my mask with my bare hands as well, I felt particularly anxious the whole time. Will think twice about coming back.

I showed a picture to my hair dresser (blonde lady) for a medium chocolate brown hair colour but got a very dark brown/off black colour. I told the hair dresser it was a bit darker than what I wanted but she was defensive and recommended washing it twice to go lighter at time. After a few washes it was still pretty dark and almost looked black which did not suit me as I am very pale. The assistant however did a good job at washing my hair.

Extremely happy with the results! Best hairdresser i have been in vienna. She makes you love your hair and feel confident. She is a color expert, will understand and explain every step what she is doing. The only place where i felt my hair was taken care with love. Not pulling or rushing to brush it. Dont bother yourself with so called "fancy hairdressers " that have no idea what to do to your hair ( been there and was disappointed ). If you go there for a consultation with Ulli you will see yourself what i am talking about. I highly recommend her. Thank you!
