The hotel was good overall.
The food was very good.
We were staying there for only one night and the receptionist wanted to know a lot of information which was unpractical for such a short stay.
Nice hotel for families, a few small issues at dinner time probably due to the insufficient number of waiters. Personnel always welcome you with a smile.Buffet is quite good even if it is a little bit repetitive.Nice swimming pool, children enjoyed it a lot. Rooms are well equipped: a small fridge, additional wardrobe crutches, more pillows and a larger blankets may increase the comfort of the room. Internet connection does not work, this is the only negative point: forget about watching a clip on YouTube.
Gorgeous quiet hotel in tiny ski village. The staff was very friendly and incredibly helpful. The views are unbeatable and room was immaculate. The food was great, I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a nice and relaxed holiday!
Nice hotel with friendly people. Rooms are clean and the spa is brand new. They need to improve on their spa services though. No rules are advertised, so everyone does what he likes. Clothes/no clothes. Silence/No silence,... Some people don't use a towel to go to the sauna, so the wood is wet. It's a shame because this can easily be solved
