Went there without an appointment and my request was dealt with promptly, competently and courteously! The currently necessary Corona measures were implemented in an exemplary manner! (See photos). Both during the phone call the day before and on site, very friendly people who do their job! Thank you for the fine service! 🤗

Everything was fine, only with the face mask you could only go into the anteroom and there was little space to sit when two people were in the admissions office at the same time.

Official Mikado: whoever moves first has lost. If you did not know it better, you might think that you became an involuntary extra at MA 24 12. Arrive shortly after 9 o'clock in the morning and apparently annoy the guy already by mere presence. I want to get a car off and on. Be encouraged to dismount the old number plates and leave the car parked during the procedure without number plates. My suggestion that the administrative punishment oä can pull itself is quickly fended off - "without the old number plates I can not even start working". I dismantle the Taferln, go back in. "Cash hams?" "No, can not you pay by cash card here?" "No, not with us!" "Do you know where the nearest ATM is?" "Well, unfortunately, down there at Spar I think a ..." "Would have been helpful to tell me before I dismantled the Taferl, right?" Bored shrug. I mount the number plates again to avoid a possible administrative punishment or a towing and go in search of an ATM. When I come back the guy has probably already blasted his powder for today. He does not even look up from the screen when I come. He has already handed over this exhausting case to his colleague (who has handled the rest extremely comely and politely with me!). What the hell is that for a store? Why does not the guy point out at the beginning that you need cash? Why do you have to park your car without a number plate and can not deliver the old ones until the new ones are already on it? Why is there no way to pay by card in 2019 in a service center that deals with amounts over 100, -? That's all, but certainly not a figurehead for the operating insurance companies. Rather a time travel to a magistrate office of the 1970s.
