Tschirgantblick Well-Being Hotel

I was in the hotel Tschirgantblick from 20 to 27.06.2014 and very satisfied with the friendly staff, courteous service and the excellent cuisine. I had booked half board and that was a good decision. The breakfast was characterized by a rich, good breakfast buffet, the menu in the evening convinced with a crisp-fresh and cleverly arranged salad bar, also by a really excellent soup and main course (there were 3 menu to choose from) and dessert. At the premises and around it was nothing to complain about and I recommended the hotel to family members who will certainly book it soon.

we stayed at this hotel over the Easter holidays. At first glance everything looked very neat. The toilet smelled extremely of urine. A used handkerchief lay on the open shelves in the bathroom. The radiator, in the only place where you could hang the towels, had a lot of dust on it. When we opened the window in the living room to ventilate, a large cloud of dust flew out from under the sofa and there was dust everywhere on it, which you hadn't seen at first glance. When I described this in the evening after arriving at the reception, I was given cleaning supplies and was supposed to clean everything myself. On the one hand, I can understand if there are no cleaning ladies at the time, but I cannot understand that no staff at the reception, not even the boss of the hotel, who personally looked at everything, showed no regrets and im Opposite at the end of the statement made: Well, they already had a cheap offer on the off on vacation. And it wasn't that cheap either. 600 euros for 3 nights ??? Even with the cheap offer, there shouldn't be any such conditions, especially not in the bathroom. Incidentally, under the washbasin on an open shelf, the towels were on a surface that was extremely sticky with dust .. really nasty. .. Conclusion was, I had to clean everything for 1 and a half hours, no excuse, nothing at all. I cannot recommend this hotel with the best of will. The staff in the restaurant was friendly, the food on Easter Sunday was delicious, but the other evenings very poor, dessert was ok. We will never go there again, although the apartment was very comfortable except for the cleanliness.
