Was there several times. The lady who worked there was nice and cared for a normal way of dealing with clients. But once I was served by an elderly gentleman who was extremely rude. Instead of apologizing for a neatly crafted piece of jewelry, offering free repair, a stronger chain, etc., he accused me of having deliberately destroyed it for 15 min (why would that be in my interest !?) and wanted the full one as well Price for the repair. The customer - or especially the customer - seems to be anything but king.
