I was there to buy a bracelet / clasp / chain for my girlfriend. It ended up being a piece from another store, but that was due to a coincidence (I guess not my industry) in the range. Top advice without the feeling that something is being talked into you, which is the reason for this review. Maybe next time!

Have known the business for a few years. I once left two clocks there for a year and a half. No pressure from the company to finally have the repairs done or to pick them up now. Picked up again, no problem. I recently needed a watch strap. Got a very cheap rate for a TW Steel over the phone. The next day I received a call back that the price information was wrong. Gulp .. what's next. Instead of 52, - now 59, - that was totally ok. But that was probably not good business. Finished earlier than announced and although I rudely came in 4 minutes before closing time, everyone was very friendly ... Yes, and a funny customer system .. Book with glued-in notes. But it works! Recommendable.
