I bought my wedding rings in the branch. On the day of purchase we were very lucky with the staff. Everyone was very nice and the advice was very helpful and professional. Because of my pregnancy I had to have the ring cut open at a jeweler, which I was very reluctant to do. After the birth I wanted to have my ring fixed and of course the best place where I bought it. Unfortunately the staff was less professional the day I wanted to have him judged. The woman treated us from above, leaned over the table and asked several times how I got the ring cut open. Ultimately, she just said that it is impossible to fix the ring and I should buy a new one. 1. I am not interested in money. I have the money for a new wedding ring, but the ring has an emotional value. The testimony of the staff only shows that the Dorotheum represents the philosophy of capitalism and in this case cannot respond well to customers. 2. From a jeweler like the Dorotheum, I expect every employee to treat them well and respectfully.
