Have to pay for our 3 year old son the full (adult) price! When we wanted to complain at the cash desk, it was said: Sorry, but we can not refund !! It is a great pity that the staff behave so unprofessional! Would have wished, if you can not refund us, it would have been the least we handed a stuffed animal (widiversum) or a voucher!
