Avoid these awful people. I lost €40,000 because of them. They lied, cheated, supplied me with 2 unusable heating systems, and caused me 5 years of stress. It's not just the boss, Harald, but most of his staff that he trained under himself to lie and make fake promises. Be careful too - they have very good lawyers and will say anything to save themselves. Disgusting people.
