Haven't been so unhappy with a store in vienna as with this one.

I bought gloves for my girlfriend as a gift, but they did not suit her. Since I did not get a bill because the seller said it was also possible that you could exchange things with him without invoice, I was extremely rude and cheeky rejected as I wanted to do just that. He said he had never seen or sold these leather gloves, only in another material he added. Funny, because I talked to him on the day of the purchase and bought it from him. Although I have seen the same gloves in a different material but consciously not taken. Anyway, he said he was 100% sure, although the other products were from the same brand and I politely tried to explain that he was wrong, he stuck to his opinion. Now I have gloves of the wrong size and will not pay any more attention to this business. Very very rude!
