Uhh 👎 very bossy hosts. An unpleasant experience in a nice environment
A very pleasant stay at this hotel. Very friendly family that runs the hotel. I would come back if I would have another holiday in this area. Nice breakfast in the morning. I can also recommend the Oetztal card. Gives you free access to all cable cars in the valley. And lot of other activities. Swimming pools.
Nice and cosy guest house. High quality and quiet location. Amazing views and super friendly owners!

Sautens is a beautiful place with the best connections to the ötztal (further to Italy),

The hosts fam. Hackl takes care of the guests in a familiar way and has great trips to hikes, museums, sports and leisure activities.
If you need to, they are there!
The breakfast was amazingly tasty, the rooms and bathrooms up to date, clean and tidy.
The prices of the rooms are absolutely reasonable, we are very satisfied and would love to come back again.
Very warm welcome. The hosts are super nice and inform you about all the activities you can do in the area. The breakfast is amazingly good with fresh coffee, fruit, eggs and everything you could want. The rooms are cozy and clean. Beds and bathrooms are made daily. We extended unscheduled.
