I have often at "The blower - Kaplanweg" something to clean (jacket, shirt (colored and in white), even a pair of trousers for tailoring.) I am very satisfied with the service and the quality of the cleaning Kaplanweg. Can only recommend this cleaning company and will continue to order things for cleaning.
I had a new dress cleaned twice for a grease stain.
Everything was fine during the first cleaning.
The second time I got it bleached (in places). It was therefore justified that my sweat would probably be guilty of it. Because the sweat would be so aggressive and with the combination of a quality cleaning, something can happen before. But that would have nothing to do with the fact that, strangely enough, it was bleached only in strips in the back and round patches on the décolleté. The underarm area was not bleached. Hmmm funny? I have to go to the doctor.
And one does not understand anyway, why always the cleaning house blame would be (such a question one put an angry customer not). The blowroom then sent the dress to a "neutral" expert who confirmed the statement. (What's wrong with this world?)
Love cleaning! In a service you have to think in advance how to solve such problems. Annoying the customer each time with a different story, which then totally annoying such reviews in the network is - is not advisable.
