Hygiene? Respect? None! No hand towels in the bathrooms, nowhere to even hang the kitchen towel. As for the owners... flippant and really quite inhospitable. Cheapest place in Vienna, it's for a reason! The bed was fairly comfy is all I really got out of this place. Steer clear!
