About 11 months ago we bought 4 armchairs for 360 € and unfortunately didn't keep the invoice. 1 armchair is broken which is absolutely not ok considering the price. The saleswoman said to us that we need the invoice for a complaint. I don't think it's ok that you can't do anything if you don't have an invoice. You could at least get a few percent. That was the last time I bought furniture from you.
