I've been a regular customer of the Rathausapotheke for years. Thanks to the competent and friendly advice, my long-standing symptoms could be significantly improved. What I particularly appreciate is the personal approach, which gives me the feeling of not being a number, but a valued customer.

Has now been wrongly advised for the second time, or was I told that a product would no longer be on the market while I can easily buy it at the nearest pharmacy 100 m away. Competence and service looks different
