You try to make an appointment for 2 weeks .. WHEN you ever reach someone, it says: "we'll get back to you" "we have to look" "System error" - but it does not answer back !! The company is also difficult to reach. Incredible

can only fully agree with the previous speaker! This one star is given as there is no less. Made appointment on the spot at 8 o'clock, at half past nine times. Statement: You are on the way before only had to an emergency ... ok you can handle. The other company I had on site had to wait but not so bad. 11 o'clock ... other company already asks vehemently ... understandably. So the number of the god supreme worried the boss himself ... Yes he looks the same, will report in the next half hour. Nachtelefoniert after an hour as it looks now .... Unreachable !!!! 12:30 ... unreachable and the other company is now losing because you are not waiting any longer ... understandably ... so you save me further costs, because idle time will be charged. I would rate their work, but I can not because I have not seen the work. I rate now accessibility, courtesy, reliability ... here I give 3 times 0 out of 10 possible points ... as I said ... I can not forgive less than a star. I do not understand how to survive such stables. Such behavior and even CEO, can not be really !!!!
