Houses are offered for sale with what appears to be a fixed price and then suddenly there is an offer that you naturally do not find out, and you would have time to cooperate or similar until the end of the month. Incidentally, not only affects Remax in Voitsberg but also in Styria in general. That is absolutely unprofessional. When a house is auctioned, it has to be advertised that way, or at least one should play with open cards and state the price. Such deposits are only afforded by Remax brokers, all others work seriously. In addition, these brokers always look after a property, but never the customer. The customer, who is supposed to pay for the service when buying, has to check for himself each time when the open house is or whether he gets a new appointment for a new property. Private brokers usually take a whole day for a customer and look at several properties, even on weekends. In addition, as soon as you are in the database, you will receive random spam messages from objects that absolutely do not match the search criteria. That is absolutely unprofessional and not customer-oriented. Because the buyer is also a broker's customer and will pay him, not just the seller.
