Great service and good for TCM orders

Rude staff. Over priced. Ridiculous wait time. 10/10 would not recommend. The staff is just simply rude. They don’t help you if you have questions. One of the employees sighed when I asked him a question. The staff generally gets very agitated fast. I’ve been going there for at least 10 years. And they are always rude. Just always rude. If you ask for something all they do is try and sell you stuff. They don’t actually care about you or your problem, they only see you as a money bag. Most of their products are overpriced. I buy a lot of caudalie and I know how much their things cost, but in this pharmacy, their prices are always 2-5 euros higher. It’s very very overpriced and the staff will give you the wrong thing. I went in to buy a Creme for my face and the lady gave me the wrong one. Ofc I didn’t doubt that she would give me something different than what I asked for, because why would you do that? You are a pharmacist. When I go home I saw it was the Creme with foundation in it. Why would you give me something different without asking??? I went to the counter and wanted it exhanxged and the lady said they can’t return it because I opened it. I told her I didn’t open it and then she questioned me on how I know it had foundation in it. I pointed to the packaging and told her that it’s written on the packaging. Not only doubting my intelligence but also my motive. Then she said she can’t give me my money and gave me a voucher. I told her to give me a Creme similar to the one I wanted and she gave me this Creme from vichy. The Creme was €20,25 which is fine because I spend more than double on my day face Creme, but a few days later i went to dm and saw the same Creme for €15,95.

Easily the worst pharmacy in the area. Despite being as big as they are, they rarely have common drugs in stock, the queues are usually ridiculous (Although - this one isn't really their fault, as that's even the case when they have like 5 pharmacists serving customers at once. People are nuts about this place for some reason. I guess because of all the fancy stuff they sell instead of drugs...) and about half of the staff is incompetent and unfriendly.
