Had to quickly change the spa due to a lock by the chimney sweeper. Repairs were no longer worthwhile. Quickly got a reasonable offer and made an appointment for the exchange within a few days. Installers were very punctual, friendly, work was done quickly and the workplace was left clean. The invoice corresponded to the offer without any nasty surprise. Absolute recommendation.

A complete bathroom renovation is probably one of the most unpleasant tasks when it comes to renovations. For us, this summer it was aggravating that we had to carry out this work quickly due to multiple water damage in order to end a construction site situation in the apartment that had lasted for weeks. Borkowski Installationstechnik, managed by Mr. Borkowski and Mr. Gavlik and their team, was the ideal partner for this delicate task - from the first contact to the completion of the bathroom in just 7 weeks! Thanks to the perfect coordination of all construction companies, our bathroom was transformed from a ruin into a wellness oasis within 15 working days - many thanks to everyone for this masterful achievement! After many mistakes by installers and co., We are happy to have finally found a company with handshake quality, competence and a lot of understanding for the needs of customers!

I'm really satisfied with Borkowski Installationstechnik. Punctuality, friendliness and patience were very strong. For the annual review of my gas boiler, I asked for an appointment outside business hours. The very friendly and courteous gentleman on the phone said it was not a problem, but I have to wait for something. It was like this: The technician was on time - perfect to the minute - on time, very friendly and took the time to explain to me exactly what I should do in the future. The price was well communicated in advance, especially because a possible change of a part might have cost me dear. Since the part did not have to be replaced, the cheaper price (already estimated and stated) was striking. Thus, I can also testify to a certain honesty. Invoice comes via email, which also has its advantages. The price is slightly higher than the competition, but value for money is much better. Thus, the slightly higher price is not bad. These technicians will always be waiting for my spas in the future and I can only recommend it to everyone!
