I have commissioned this company to carry out thermal maintenance. At the beginning, I was very satisfied because the employee looked very competent. Shortly after the maintenance, the chimney sweep came to take a measurement. He informed me that a plug is missing in the exhaust air and that air is going into the living room. I then contacted Enders about this. I got the item number from the manufacturer and forwarded it to the Enders company. Unfortunately you have to order the plug from an installer. The Enders company ordered this and wanted to bill me for it afterwards. Since I have commissioned Enders to carry out proper maintenance that also cost € 170, I assumed that everything would fit. When I got into the shop, the office worker told me that the boss doesn't see why he should pay for the stopper. I paid € 170 for maintenance that the chimney sweeper said was improper and did not warn me to see a mistake. Ultimately, Enders told me to sue the company! I can only say that the appearance dims!
