We had a viewing yesterday with a realtor from this real estate company. She was already very unfriendly in advance, but we found it much more problematic that she did not tell us or the other interested parties that it was a mass viewing and that we then stood with about 16 people in a very small apartment. A prospective buyer complained (very politely) to the realtor that it would have been nice if she had communicated in advance that it was a mass viewing. She reacted extremely loudly and indignantly and said he could leave if it didn't suit him. (Then she pushed herself into the elevator, which was already three people.) I find this behavior extremely unprofessional. With every other apartment that I looked at when I was looking for an apartment, there was absolutely no question for the broker that the viewings only take place individually or in pairs and that the safety distance is maintained. Personally, I am hardly afraid of Corona, but a company that does not adhere to even the most banal safety regulations and pressures its prospects to do the same is not serious in my eyes and I would never sign a contract of thousands of with someone like that Complete euros. Fortunately, the housing market in Vienna (for a big city) is not so disastrous that one has to rely on such companies.
