absolutely worst property management in Vienna! Tenants, new tenants, landlords ... they do not care who reports, everyone is treated like the last piece of dirt. Hands off!!!!!

Unfriendly, incompetent and arrogant; After a mistake in the lease on the part of the AGM (15% more living space than actual) we were ignored for 6 months. When I asked the manager to hand over the apartment, he was just rude and arrogant. Joke!

Super fast processing. Had water damage and the problem was handled incredibly quickly! I am very pleased!

Worst house management (there are my neighbors of the same opinion). There is no sympathy with the residents at all. It is a pity that the relatively good apartments are managed by such an unprofessional property management.
