I had such a BAD EXPERIENCE here!!! I was treated with extreme disrespect for speaking in English, even though the lady spoke English fluently... She was racist and rude. She has no manners and I was extremely offended. I will never go back there again.

So we have never had such a bad service here. I was too simple manicure without varnish there, I wanted to cut the skin with scissors and not with the pliers as they always look so freaky afterwards. This wish was not pursued and my nails look exactly as if I had made them myself and not by a professional staff. When I told her that it hurts me and I started to bleed, a huge discussion started and the business owner threw me out. I also doubt that these girls are legally employed here, they hardly speak German. So anyone who wants to have nice nails and spend money should not visit this shop.

Unfortunately, the nails are all gone off with me after 2 days (natural nail coating with gel). That would not have been the worst. The manager blocked every conversation, said that she does not return the money, did not answer a total of 5 emails (quote: "Do you think I read my emails all the time?") And only meant that she could not imagine that , Such a treatment is under all sow, especially since I have paid € 60 for it and sit on the costs. No recommendation !!
