I contacted the Fa. Top to have a kitchen painted. 2 days later it was also measured and a cost estimate in the next few days promised. After 1 week I urged this again, again he was promised me. I'm still waiting for it today ... It is quite understandable if a craft business declines an order because it is too small or does not fit into the schedule. But just not to report and let the customer die stupid, does not work.
