Very good bread and pastries, but customer friendliness needs to be worked on. I was on 1.7. in this branch admittedly at 7:24 p.m., and was pushed with a rather researched "Schnell" to the selection. I only bought one bread anyway, and it was ready in half a minute.
I am aware that every employee wants to go home and is stressed after a long day, but you should be able to hide your mood in sales.
It is a traditional bakery, which is not cheap either, so you can expect a little friendliness shortly before closing time.
They are really helpful. I make real punch cubes at home
