The account management of Orion was extremely bad. Only after several reasons I learned that my deposit has arrived

Beware of very lousy customer service: I bought several accessories worth over € 100 for a party and found out on the same evening that 2 pieces of clothing turned out to be unusable. When I wanted to exchange these items in their original packaging (!!!) in the morning on the NEXT DAY (!!!), this was rejected on the grounds that one item was reduced and only a credit was given for the other item:
THIS credit is also limited in time, so absolutely unlawful, which speaks for an extremely dubious sales and distribution policy of this business chain.
Zero accommodating staff who were unwilling to work out a solution!
In the future, I would prefer to order such items via the internet, where I have a 14-day right of return!
embarrassing, extremely chubby and unkempt woman with extremely many pimples in the face screams for the second time with different customers, because of non-functioning vibrators. something does not work. something like that you can maybe work in a warehouse, but please not with customers ... even in such an area
